कोलकाता । विश्वकप यु–१७ फुटबलको उपाधि इंगल्याण्डले जितेको छ । शनिबार राति भारतको कोलकातामा भएको फाइनलमा स्पेनलाई ५–२ ले पराजित गर्दै इंगल्याण्डले उपाधि जितेको हो । 

स्पेन २–० ले अग्रता लिएर पनि अन्तमा पराजित हुन पुग्यो । बार्सिलोनाका फरवार्ड सर्जियो गोमेजले १० र ३१ मिनेटमा गोल गर्दै स्पेनलाई अग्रता दिलाए । 

तर ४४ औं मिनेटमा ब्रिउस्टरले गोल गर्दै अन्तर कम गरे । ५८ औं मिनेटमा गिब्स ह्वाइटले गोल गर्दै बराबरीमा ल्याए । त्यसपछि फिल फोडेनले ६९ औं मिनेटमा गोल गरे । 

८५ औं मिनेटमा गुहेइले गोल गर्दै ४–२ को स्थिति बनाए । ८८ औं मिनेटमा पुनः फोडेनले गोल गर्दै इंगल्याण्डलाई ५–२ ले जिताए । 

सेमिफाइनलमा इंगल्याण्डले ब्राजिललाई तथा स्पेनले मालीलाई हराएको थियो ।
